Fresh means roasted this week

We roast on Tuesdays and Thursdays and pack the same day. Every bag carries its roast date, so you know exactly what you are brewing.

Beans rest for two days before they go on sale, which gives the flavor time to settle.

Own a cafe or restaurant?

We supply small cafes and restaurants around Puget Sound with fresh coffee and barista training.
